We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless SOBRX made an error or the item is defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an item is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a SOBRX error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.
