Eligibility for Returns
Unused items in their original condition and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, SOBRX will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
