Domestic Shipping Only
SOBRX currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location within the United States. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will be provided by the carrier. SOBRX is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
